at least in part. Why? Because they refuse to let America and American companies tap into domestic energy reserves. Instead, all that the Congress (led by San Fracisco Democrat Nancy Pelosi) has managed to do is force We the People to use more expense CFL lightbulbs that pollute the environment with mercury.
